About KV

Kendriya Vidyalaya RBNM Salboni was established in 1979 under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), a system of central government schools in India.
It primarily serves the wards of Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL) staff, along with children of defense personnel from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). As a project school under the Ministry of Home Affairs, it was founded to provide quality education in line with the national curriculum, promoting both academic excellence and holistic development for students in a disciplined environment.
